We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join the Air Traffic Solutions (ATS) team within the Connected Aviation (CA) / Avionics organization. The CA Supply Chain team is the first point of engagement to drive compliant solutions by optimizing cost, quality and schedule using Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE). We manage the flow of goods and services by strategically partnering with our stakeholders and our preferred supply base.

What You Will Do:

  • Execute and manage low to moderately complex IOTs and POs for materials, software, and services in support of domestic and international commercial, DoD, FAA, and FMS contracts
  • Ensure strict compliance with Government (FAR, DFAR, AMS), Customer and company requirements​ from R&D through low-rate initial production, production/deployment, sustainment, and program closeout
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) including Quality, Finance, Contracts, Global Trade and Legal
  • Identify potential suppliers, research products, and execute RFQs/RFPs (Requests for Quotes/Proposals)
  • Evaluate supplier performance, focusing on quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency
  • Execute bid/proposal activities and PIAs/NDAs for new business
  • Utilize source selection techniques including best value source selection (BVSS), competition, and single/sole source
  • Perform price analyses, conduct due diligence, and identify risks & opportunities​​
  • Negotiate price, schedule, terms/conditions
  • Manage supplier performance (cost, schedule and quality) against key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Support PO related invoice approvals, inquiries, and issues

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of procurement experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management
  • Supply Chain experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Master's Degree
  • Experience in a similar contracts/procurement role with responsibility for sourcing, placing orders, price analysis, negotiations, PO documentation, supplier management, and compliance to company policies and procedures
  • Experience with FAR, DFAR, and FAA AMS
  • Experience with international requirements (including Import/Export regulations)
  • Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Statements of Work
  • Ability to prioritize compliance to policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
  • Effective collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with little oversight
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Adapts well to change

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
