Job Summary

FTE Mexicana S.A. de C.V. is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Montacarguista to efficiently handle and move materials within our warehouse and production facilities. This role is crucial for maintaining organized inventory and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities

* Operate various types of forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
* Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
* Perform accurate inventory control tasks, including counting, locating, and documenting materials.
* Participate in inventory management activities, contributing to efficient storage and retrieval processes.
* Assist with logistics coordination to ensure timely movement of goods within the facility and for shipping.
* Adhere strictly to all quality control (QC) procedures during material handling.
* Comply with all company safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
* Execute shipping and receiving duties, including verifying shipments against invoices and preparing goods for dispatch.
* Contribute to overall supply chain efficiency through effective material handling.
* Support supply chain management (SCM) initiatives by ensuring accurate and timely movement of goods.
* Perform general warehousing operations, including cleaning and organizing the work area.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience in Equipment Operations, specifically with various types of forklifts.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Freight Handling.
* Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management practices.
* Familiarity with Logistics Coordination processes.
* Understanding and adherence to Quality Control (QC) standards.
* Strong commitment to Safety Procedures and workplace regulations.
* Experience in Shipping and Receiving operations.
* Basic understanding of Supply Chain principles and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
* Prior experience in Warehousing Operations.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication skills.
