2-4 years previous customer service experience
Life insurance new business case management experience preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal, time management and organization skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to excel independently and in a team environment
This position will include working both in the office and at home each week.
New hires must be able to provide the following:
Subscribe to internet service provider plan with at least 25 Mbps download speeds. Troubleshoot issues or outages with home internet service provider.
Must have the capability to handle calls with a mobile phone (would need to have unlimited data and minutes) or a landline. Personal phone number information will not be viewable to customers.
Quiet area at home with hard-wired access to internet, minimal distractions, and free of noise
