Strategy Development

  • Develop comprehensive consumer activation strategies, define clear objectives and KPIs

  • Identify and prioritize target consumer segments, personas and tailor activation strategies to meet their specific needs and behaviors.

  • Explore and implement innovative approaches to enhance consumers engagement

Execution deployment  

  • Campaign management: Plan and execute consumer activation campaigns across various channels; point of vaccination, digital and partnerships, ensuring efficient execution and optimize consumer engagement.

  • Conduct thorough market research to gain deep insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, use consumer insights to inform the development of targeted activation strategies and tactics

  • Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of consumer activation efforts.

Budget Management:

  • Ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Performance Analysis:

  • Regularly track and analyze the performance using defined KPIs, use data-driven insights to optimize activation strategies for continuous improvement.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all activities comply with GSK policy and pharmaceutical industry regulations, work closely with relevant cross functional team to enhance work process.

Team management:

  • Coach and manage team, driving performance through continuous mentoring and effective performance management. Inspire, motivate and align team efforts with organization goals while fostering open communication

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consumer marketing or activation, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing consumer activation campaigns, Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, with focus on consumer-centric approaches.

  • Good project management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong leadership, team management skills with fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
