Have strong understanding of corporate Finance and Compliance policies and procedures, and applies these knowledge to operational works.

Update “spend right” data by month, manage and maintain the BACE system. Analyze spending data to identify potential saving and provide constructive suggestions to the team.

Response to inquiries from business regarding local policies and procedures.

Corporate credit card process management, involving liaison with bank and responding to employees inquiries regarding corporate credit card application, card limit adjustment application, and card cancellation related consultation and confirmation.

Confirm the execution and handover status of PO (MPA and creative construction) for departing employees

Manage the application process for medical books, including kicking off quarterly application process, review applied medical books in compliance with company requirements, maintain application process and data on MACE system, and respond to enquiries from applicants and BU approvers.

Analyze T&E data to identify potential risk areas and provide constructive suggestions to the team lead.

Other ad hoc financial control and compliance monitor activities assigned by team lead

Training and communication:

  • Prepare and implement training and communication plan for finance policy and procedures, including but not limited to compilation of training materials, providing trainings, tracking and maintaining training records
  • Proactively collaboration within Finance and cross functional teams (FBP, Business, etc.) to support “spend right” project
  • Assist with internal and external audits as required

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or the related degree
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience, with comprehensive knowledge of financial internal control
  • Excellent attention to the detail and follow up skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Strong MS Office Tools skillset
  • Experience with pharmaceutical company preferred
  • Proficient in English
  • Solid knowledge of Power BI preferred
