As a Closing Coordinator (Escrow Assistant), you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process. This will be a temporary position supporting seasonal volume for our Northern California market through October 2026. This will be fully remote- all equipment will be provided, and training will be conducted virtually.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers and all necessary third parties to obtain all information needed for settlement.

• Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers

• Opening orders, reviewing contracts, verifying information such as buyer/seller names, sales price, EMD, and other pertinent fee allocation

• Order and maintain detailed records, including following up on needed items. Ensure timely delivery of EMD, HOA, solar, lines, and payoffs.

• Deliver great customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process

• Escrow Assistants should love a challenge and enjoy creative problem solving to keep our clients and agents happy.

 
Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year working an escrow desk as an assistant 

• Attention to detail and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential purchase transactions in Northern California

• Qualia knowledge
