We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Intapp as our Director of Marketing Operations. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations.
In this critical role you will oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing processes and technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all of Intapp’s marketing efforts. This role involves overseeing a highly integrated team responsible for managing and maintaining the marketing technology stack, marketing data architecture, dashboards and other reporting tools. You will be an essential partner to various teams across Marketing to strategize and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives and campaigns.
What you will do:
Own the marketing operations roadmap ensuring the current tech stack meets the needs of Marketing.
Manage day-to-day operations in HubSpot, including database health and workflow automation.
Work closely with other stakeholders across Marketing in the planning, production and execution of key marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives.
Foster and maintain tight alignment with our GTM Operations team on all things data infrastructure and integration between Marketing systems and our CRM platform.
Partner with our Web Services team to oversee marketing analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations across the customer journey to improve marketing performance.
Oversee a sizable digital ad spend with a focus on efficiency and driving a successful ROI.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for marketing processes, while keeping a mindful eye on where improvements can be made.
Maintain documentation of core business processes within marketing and ensure enablement and adherence to those processes.
Application of AI (artificial intelligence) in process transformation is a huge plus.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and data analytics or a related operations field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc..)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
High standards around project management with a track record of using project management software to manage cross-functional projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
