What you'll be doing:

Industrial engineering in Operations division is responsible for development & analysis of operational processes in order to ensure continuous improvement and organizational efficiency in main operational and financial KPIs, focused on productivity added value to production floor processes.
As part of the student role you will get to lead independently various type of challenging projects in order to support line design optimization, cycle time reduction, ROI simulations, definition and implementation of new processes and infrastructures that supports efficient operations in low validity business environment and more.

The role includes high exposure to complex organizational processes and interfaces and requires high interpersonal skills, fast thinking, high independency and ability to lead activities with no formal authority.

What you should have?

  • 2nd/ 3rd year student for B.S.C in Industrial Engineering/BA  in Logistics from a leading and recognized academic institution.
  • Commitment to work at least 2.5 days a week
  • Ability to gain cooperation of others, cooperate and lead complex interfaces with no authority
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independently
  • Very good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinker
  • High interpersonal skills, ability to lead and cooperate with complex interfaces
  • Good verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to an audience
  • Excellent English – speaking and writing
