  • Evaluate current processes and develop future-state value stream maps, standard work, and flow improvements.
  • Support takt alignment, bottleneck analysis, and factory capacity improvement activities.
  • Partner with operation leaders to translate growth objectives into actionable Lean roadmaps.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S programs, Gemba walks, problem-solving sessions, and other Lean methodologies to drive measurable performance gains.
  • Maintain and improve CORE/Lean CI tools and artifacts (SIPOC, maturity assessments, macro plans, control rooms, etc.)
  • Develop and track KPIs tied to throughput, quality, equipment efficiency, and overall factory performance.
  • Gather data and insights from multiple teams, synthesize findings, and create concise executive-level briefings.
  • Support factory Ops Reviews, Tier meetings, and cross-functional alignment forums.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for factory and operations leadership.
  • Lead, coordinate, or support CI projects across semiconductor operations, ensuring timely execution and sustainment.
  • Prioritize actions based on critical business needs and rapidly changing factory demand signals.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining visibility of schedule, risks, and dependencies.
  • Build relationships and leverage Raytheon-wide networks, resources, and best practices to accelerate improvement outcomes.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Project/Program Management and/or Process Improvement.

Qualifications We Value

  • Knowledge of Lean principles (5S, VSM, Kaizen, standard work, problem solving, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels
  • Experience working in semiconductor fabrication, module assembly, or high‑mix/low‑volume manufacturing
  • Prior experience facilitating Kaizen events or leading CI initiatives
