 What You’ll Do:

• Manage a staff of 3, providing guidance and mentoring their growth
• Oversee the day to day accounting operation, including reporting, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Manage the annual audit process to a timely and successful completion
• Work with the global controller to develop the revenue and tax reporting strategies for the India team
• Work alongside other Anteriad India units as the Finance lead, providing guidance across teams

What You’ll Bring: 

 Required

• University degree.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Have the capacity to manage a team
• Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Be detail orientated and have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to send feedback to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Have the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a fast-paced working environment.

Nice to Have 

• Previous experience with NetSuite
• Experience working in a global environment
