Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Business Analysis professional to lead project teams in delivering complex solutions across multiple client engagements. This strategic role involves identifying and analyzing business needs, developing comprehensive solution designs, and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project leadership, supporting the organization’s growth by driving innovation and excellence in client delivery.

Modeling tools: UML, Visio, or Lucidchart — for process modeling and visual documentation supporting requirement clarity
Office tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — supporting documentation, reporting, and presentations
Project management tools supporting project planning, tracking, and resource management (e.g., MS Project)
Preferred Software Skills:
Business analytics and reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau (for stakeholder reporting/support)
Process mining and workflow automation tools supporting continuous process improvement
Overall Responsibilities
Lead and manage the business analysis team to ensure the accurate gathering, documentation, and validation of stakeholder requirements
Develop and implement business analysis strategies aligned with client and organizational goals
Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
Conduct gap analysis, process modeling, and risk assessments to support solution design and process enhancements
Oversee requirements traceability, change management, and scope control across multiple projects
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring requirements support operational, compliance, and strategic objectives
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and stakeholder sign-off processes
Drive continuous improvement in requirements practices, tools, and stakeholder engagement models

10+ years of related experience in business analysis, project management, or consultancy services supporting enterprise solutions
Extensive experience leading requirements gathering for large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in various industries (financial services, healthcare, enterprise)
Proven success managing teams, developing requirement artifacts, and supporting agile delivery models
Experience translating complex business processes into scalable and compliant technology solutions
Alternative pathways: Significant consulting or process improvement experience supporting complex organizational change and transformation projects
Day-to-Day Activities
Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements supporting enterprise initiatives
Lead requirement workshops, facilitate discussions, and build detailed documentation and models
Prioritize, scope, and manage the feature backlog in collaboration with project stakeholders
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are feasible, traceable, and testable
Support change control, scope management, and impact analysis across project lifecycles
Conduct stakeholder presentations, requirements reviews, and sign-offs to support project milestones
Support project teams in managing risks, issues, and scope changes proactively
Maintain comprehensive requirement artifacts, traceability matrices, and process documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level business analysis and project delivery
Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) supporting standards-based practices (preferred)
Proven experience managing large, complex projects and facilitating stakeholder engagement
Experience working in regulated environments supporting compliance and operational controls
