Commercial Lines Supervisor
Exciting opportunity to join GEICO’s Commercial Lines Division. We are looking for a highly motivated leader to drive results, mentor, coach and develop a team of commercial sales and service professionals. As a supervisor in Commercial Lines, you will play a vital role in the company's success by helping your teams grow GEICO’s business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully driving results, a passion for helping others, and will bring energy and enthusiasm to the team.
Qualifications:
• Prior leadership experience demonstrating data-driven decision making, motivating a group towards a common goal, and delivering results through others
Entrepreneurship skills and a self-starter mindset
Intellectual curiosity in leveraging data to make insights and improve processes
Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Associate must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments
Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations
Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize deadlines and balance multiple tasks at once
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Requirements:
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in Commercial Insurance preferred
Location:
• Candidate must be able to work from the Katy GEICO Office
Annual Salary $70,000.00 - $95,000.00
Negotiable commensurate with experience
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
