About the Team:

The Credit Analytics team supports Lowe’s Credit, Field (RCM), and Payments leadership by enabling data-driven decision making across credit performance, store prioritization, promotion effectiveness, and program execution. The team acts as a centralized analytics and enablement hub for Credit initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst – Credit Program Analytics is responsible for building and maintaining scalable analytics, dashboards, and trend analyses that support Credit program performance and optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Credit Health dashboards and 13-week trend views
  • Analyze credit penetration, efficiency, and department-level performance
  • Support Installed Sales and promotion-credit analytics (Phase 2 initiatives)
  • Automate recurring reporting and ensure data quality
  • Support ad hoc analyses requested by Credit leadership

Years of Experience:

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 4+ years of analytics experience

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

  • Strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills
  • Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Experience handling large, multi-source datasetsExperience in Pricing Analytics or Marketing Analytics or Retail Analytics or Credit Analytics
  • Experience analyzing credit portfolio metrics (approvals, delinquencies, losses, utilization)
  • Solid understanding of credit lifecycle and basic financial concepts
  • Strong curiosity and initiative — asks “why” behind the data
  • Comfortable working across multiple programs (DIY, Pro, Payments, Risk) and time zones

Secondary Skills (desired)

  • Retail or Financial Services analytics experience
  • Process automation experience
  • Exposure to credit bureau data and scorecard concepts
  • Experience with collections or payments analytics
  • Background in retail credit or bank portfolio reporting
