Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the progress of application initiatives, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the overall delivery of solutions. The Application Lead plays a crucial role in guiding the team through complex challenges, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired standards and business requirements. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues that may impact delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based procurement solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in application design, configuration, and deployment in Oracle cloud ecosystems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient application solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
