Your future technical environment

Customer-oriented activities take place at 5 customer interface offices. Our teams work in decentralized structures in which the responsibility and development potential of the individual are promoted. We offer cutting-edge technology on an international level and are therefore actively shaping the low-emission future of the automobile.

These challenges await you:

• Assist in collecting quality and field data from the Customer Systems

• Help developing and maintaining databases and dashboards to monitor large amount of data

• Suggest solutions based on data analysis to overcome problems and support quality team members

• Maintenance und update of quality-related documents

• Feed and update customer information from b2b tools within Valeo systems

• Prepare and improve reports to show customer voice to Heads of Quality of the Valeo Divisions

You inspire us with that:

• You are an enrolled Student (m/f/d) in Engineering, Quality or Information Systems

• You are skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, VBA, ...), Google tools (Spreadsheet, Slide, LookerStudio, Apps Script, ...) 

• You are familiar with Quality tools (8D, PDCA, 5Why, Ishikawa)

• You have first programming skills e.g. Python

• Your German and English is fluent

• You are independent, attentive to the details and can work autonomously
