POSITION SUMMARY:
Job Title: Facilities Supervisor
Education: High School Diploma, Associates degree, Trade School Certifications or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Managing Facilities Technicians. Restaurant and maintenance experience preferred.
Requirements: Reliable transportation, clean and valid driver’s license, on-call flexibility, MS office, the ability to climb a ladder to access roofs, and experience working with Restaurant Equipment.
Compensation: Salary with PTO and Benefits package, meal discounts, and other allowances.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain working relationships with internal customers, outside vendors, suppliers, service providers, and local municipalities.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle. Drive approximately 30,000 miles per year.
• Maintain a vehicle log.
• Maintain tool and parts inventory and order and return parts as necessary.
• Track and monitor maintenance schedules and costs for all facility department vehicles.
• Computer and administrative work.
• Available to be on call as necessary.
• Train/coach Maintenance Technicians (MT) to achieve a high level of service.
• MS establishes weekly work plans for MTs and a schedule for work completion.
• MS meets weekly with Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) and operational leadership to review SLAs for the prior week and the direction for upcoming weeks.
• MS directs the MTs to provide a high level of service to the restaurants.
• MS has direct oversight of and is responsible for the performance of all MTs in the applicable market.
• Responsible for hiring MTs subject to the approval of RMS.
• Responsible for ensuring that all work orders are addressed to meet the SLAs.
The Facilities Supervisor will primarily work in the restaurant alongside the maintenance team. They provide leadership, complete schedules, and work order assignments, troubleshoot, coach the technicians on how to fix equipment, and do administrative work. Occasional work will be done remotely, with no formal office space provided
