How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Cornerstone to our IM Growth Path, Cluster Product Management is the pivotal bridge between the Business strategy (Market Units) and the Operations capabilities
Cluster Product Managers are in charge of managing their product portfolio and competitive intelligence in their market in order to define product supply/demand analysis and strategic capacity planning. They determine product pricing policies, strategic sourcing options and monitor product profitability at Cluster level.
Their role is also to coordinate product technical compliance (eg regulations) and innovation development and roll-out in the Cluster. They are responsible for the Product Referential of their products at Cluster level. They manage the referential jointly with peers from other clusters.

Product Intelligence

- Close to the field ; Performs the products competitive intelligence and the product market intelligence at country level and consolidate at cluster level.
- Performs technical watch on his product range.

Product industrialization and Innovation / Contribution to offer developement

- Coordinates the product industrialization (eg capacity planning, supply/demand management) by working in close contact with the industrial operations
- Prioritizes the product implementation and defines with Supply Chain the delivery channels
- Determines product innovation deployment roadmap across cluster and drives implementation by country product managers
- is a source of product innovation

- From input the EU Regulation Watch Offer, defines product strategy vis-à-vis Technical/Regulatory compliance (eg Reach)
- Coordinates product technical and regulatory compliance with Supply chains.

- Coordinates Investments needs identification and transfers to the relevant stakeholders
- Supports offers development by working closely with market managers and marketing offer development managers while relying on industry experience

Product Profitabilty

- Defines appropriate Product line metrics
- Monitors product line profitability incl pricing (with close collaboration with pricing managers) , volume impact
- Proposes actions to reach profitability objectives

Product Referential

- Defines (with his /her peers from other Clusters) the product referential management based on the Offer management programs and is responsible to cascade it to his/her cluster
- Is the administrator of his/her product referential for his cluster (validates requests for access brought by countries and cluster teams)
- Defines the Cluster product technical specifications
- Is in charge of Product Catalog at Cluster level

Strategic Sourcing - Crisis management

- collects data on demand and supply in order to propose strategic sourcing options with the collaboration of the CLuster SC Logistics/Sourcing Managers/IBO
- Identify local sources (ex LCO2)
- In Case of Product crisis, in charge of the link between capacity (supply) and demand (customers needs)
- Prepare or help actively to prepare Investment note (CPR/RIC)
