Partner with Workforce Management, Planning & Engagement leadership to execute and apply T&DO workforce strategies across business units in alignment with TEMPO, BMOs, and HR.
Support workforce, talent, culture, and engagement programs, optimizing the mix of FTE, contingent labor, and managed services while balancing financial goals and operational risk.
Develop, track, and interpret workforce, talent, and engagement metrics; provide insights and recommendations that inform staffing, planning, and operational decision‑making.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce management, planning, engagement, and operating rhythms across TEMPO and BMOs.
Lead or support cross‑functional initiatives involving workforce technology, operational efficiency, organizational improvement, and long‑term strategic execution.
Provide high‑impact executive operational and administrative support to the COO of T&DO, ensuring seamless execution of priorities across the organization.
Own and manage the COO’s operating rhythm, including executive calendar governance, strategic sequencing, and coordination of engagements and commitments.
Manage the Chief TEMPO’s internal and external engagements, ensuring alignment, preparation, and accurate representation of strategic priorities.
Prepare executive materials, briefing documents, communications, and leadership‑level content that enable informed, timely decision‑making.
Coordinate enterprise‑level meetings, leadership forums, staff interactions, and engagement activities on behalf of the COO.
Maintain strong organizational awareness and relationships across T&DO, TEMPO, HR, Finance, and partner teams to anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and support executive‑level alignment.

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, human resources, etc.)
Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects
Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders
