About the Team:
At Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), the Channel Sales team plays a vital role in driving top-line sales, maximizing profitability, and enhancing the overall PlayStation brand experience through marketing, displays, and other consumer interactions. The team is responsible for achieving sales and profit goals by effectively utilizing data, building strong relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. This role will focus on executing SIE’s goals at the account level with attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Analyze and understand sales data by account to identify trends and opportunities.
Report on overall sales performance and highlight key trends.
Track and analyze promotional and marketing spending to assess effectiveness.
Create and track purchase orders (POs) at the account level.
Maintain and update the item-level database to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with Account leads to deliver best-in-class operational excellence.
Work closely with the Customer Experience team to exceed expectations in both online and brick-and-mortar brand experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management or a related field, with an expected graduation date by Spring 2026.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Eagerness to learn from and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Eligibility:
Able to work at minimum 2-3 days a week from our Bentonville, Arkansas office during one of the following periods: May 19th - August 8th or June 17th - September 5th.
Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
Must be available for the entire 12-week internship period.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
