This role empowers you to articulate the value of our Services organization, expertly scope customer requirements, and craft commercially viable Statements of Work that drive significant business growth.
What You'll Do
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll extend the capacity of our dynamic Solutions Consulting team, becoming an indispensable asset in the development of crucial deal deliverables, including presentations and detailed Statements of Work. Beyond supporting existing engagements, you'll leverage your expertise to independently lead smaller, yet impactful, scoping engagements for our global prospects, ensuring precise alignment and successful project kick-offs. This dual focus means you'll not only contribute to accelerating our sales cycles, but also the end-to-end process of translating complex customer needs into actionable, commercially sound service proposals.

Consultative Sales and Solutioning

+ Ensure all proposed solutions are not only effective, but also align with commercial viability and strategic objectives.
+ Bring proven experience working within a SaaS company or as a SaaS System Integrator.
+ Demonstrate a track record of successfully selling and scoping services engagements, ideally within a Salesforce SI or Salesforce-based SaaS environment.
+ Articulate a clear point-of-view on how an implementation team strategically adds value throughout the customer journey.
Project Management
+ Ask in-depth, clarifying questions to fully comprehend customer needs and align them with our service offerings.
