Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for applying security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve ensuring the security of information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions. - Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards. - Monitor and analyze security incidents and events, and respond accordingly. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong understanding of security principles, frameworks, and standards. - Experience in conducting security risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies. - Knowledge of security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners. - Familiarity with security incident response and management processes. - Experience in implementing security controls and measures to protect systems and data. - Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and events. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
