The Training Logistics Coordinator – Airports is responsible for providing a high level of logistical support to help drive the delivery of important safety, compliance and customer learning programs to ensure key learning objectives are met. You will manage compliance reporting across training activities, work collaboratively with the Learning and Development (L&D) team and Airports Business Units to forward plan and forecast training requirements in alignment with the business needs, and manage the rosters for facilitators and third-party suppliers. This position will plan and coordinate all logistical training requirements, across digital and face-to-face learning initiatives to help the business achieve agreed objectives and timelines.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Ability to identify, co-ordinate and implement training requirements within a complex, operational environment
Capability to organise training equipment and facilities (internal and external) to maximise class capacity and efficiency of training programs
The ability to identify and recommend ongoing improvements to training work processes, systems and procedures to drive better business outcomes and learner experience
Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet structured time constraints where work is allocated from multiple stakeholders
Computer literacy and proficiency in company approved software and applications including spreadsheets and databases, particularly MS Excel
Proven ability to work on multiple tasks with demanding deadlines simultaneously
Initiative and drive with an ability to see tasks through to completion
Ability to maintain and report accurate employee training records using a Learning Management System (LMS)
Strong interpersonal skills and confident, professional verbal communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, as required
Demonstrated ability to lead the day of operations and provide support and assistance to Learning Managers, Facilitators and participants for an exceptional learning experience
