Responsibilities:
- Administers Service Response Center. Fields phone calls and e-mail requests for service and repairs.
- Helps coordinate set up and breakdowns for campus events with oversight from the Assistant Director of Facilities.
- Track damages; Assesses and determines damage billing cost in conjunction with Facilities Management standards: Creates damage report and works with Residence Life and Bursar's office as appropriate to post.
- Tracks and analyses Building Condition Reports on a weekly basis.
- Works with the Assistant Director of Facilities and Residence Life to execute opening and closing, move-in/move-out, and breaks.
- Maintains staff and Fleet vehicle documentation.
- Provides Facilities Management with general office support.
- Assists Office Manager in processing invoices and filing.
- Generate and monitor department on-call schedule for coverage and tracks PTO calendar.
- Other duties as assigned to achieve the goal of the department and the College.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum three years related experience in coordinating operations and service activities in college environment preferred.
- Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent.
- Outstanding customer service and communications skills.
- Computer literacy: the ability to learn new software, word processing, and spreadsheets and Workday
- Ability to work evenings and weekends to coordinate special events as needed
- Knowledge of general office skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse population.
