Responsibilities:

  • Administers Service Response Center. Fields phone calls and e-mail requests for service and repairs.
  • Helps coordinate set up and breakdowns for campus events with oversight from the Assistant Director of Facilities.
  • Track damages; Assesses and determines damage billing cost in conjunction with Facilities Management standards: Creates damage report and works with Residence Life and Bursar's office as appropriate to post.
  • Tracks and analyses Building Condition Reports on a weekly basis.
  • Works with the Assistant Director of Facilities and Residence Life to execute opening and closing, move-in/move-out, and breaks.
  • Maintains staff and Fleet vehicle documentation.
  • Provides Facilities Management with general office support.
  • Assists Office Manager in processing invoices and filing.
  • Generate and monitor department on-call schedule for coverage and tracks PTO calendar.
  • Other duties as assigned to achieve the goal of the department and the College.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three years related experience in coordinating operations and service activities in college environment preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent.
  • Outstanding customer service and communications skills.
  • Computer literacy: the ability to learn new software, word processing, and spreadsheets and Workday
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends to coordinate special events as needed
  • Knowledge of general office skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population.
