This position requires expertise in consumable products sold by Heidelberg Graphics Thailand, across all stages of the offset printing process (Prepress, Press, and Post press) including products such as plates, rollers, blankets, pressroom chemicals, and ink for offset printing etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all stakeholders by providing appropriate solutions and advice while acting as a problem solver for customer issues regarding consumables products.

• Enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction by identifying customer needs and responding efficiently and effectively to complaints.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's offset consumables, including inks, plates, blankets, chemicals, and other related products as well as stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products.

• Collaborate with sales colleagues to explore and leverage market opportunities.

• Develop and deliver training sessions for customers on the proper use.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in product support or technical service role, with a focus on offset consumables or related products.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of offset printing, including an understanding of the materials, equipment, and liquid solutions used in the offset printing and packaging processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

• Can communicate in Thai/English
