Job Description:

The Junior Delivery Analyst/PMO works with Delivery Management to track the delivery operations and progress. The role supports the tasks and activities related to project/release delivery working closely with project leads to produce, document and track the activities and progress. The role will also require client interactions and presence when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program delivery leads and project managers to understand the context, process

• Support tracking, reporting, and executing internal and external operational activities

• Support planning activities and maintenance of the release plans

• Support internal management meetings, follow up of actions driven as outcomes

• Support coordination and activation of initiatives at client related to business development, AI enablement, other

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, IT delivery, or a related role
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Mobile Banking functions and concepts is good to have
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and concept is good to have
• Experience with Agile Delivery methodology is good to have
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar
