Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner, Sr. is responsible for strategic recruitment and sourcing of technical, professional and executive roles. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Partner, Sr. manages the recruiting process for different areas within the business.

Duties

  • Performs complex research, analysis and networking to develop active and passive candidate pipelines
  • Manages full life-cycle recruitment including setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, and pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Manages candidates through the recruiting and selection process.
  • Counsels hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of EEO and hiring guidelines.
  • Keeps abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Assist with projects for continuous improvement of the staffing function.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment screening and selection of management, technical, professional and administrative professionals.
  • Experienced in consulting and/or working in a consultative role, supporting multiple projects with competing demands simultaneously.
  • Experienced with applicant tracking software and other recruiting software tools.
  • Demonstrated strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required or equivalent combination of experience and education

Additional Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrates competency in conducting phone and in-person interviews of candidates and providing comprehensive candidate assessments
  • Articulate with a high level of business acumen; able to influence and engage with executives in a polished and professional manner.
  • Demonstrates competency in building relationships and establishing trust with leaders, hiring managers, colleagues and candidates.
  • Consistently demonstrates high organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties
  • Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
  • Is committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others, and the company
  • Focuses on teamwork and puts the success of the team above one's own interests

Physical Demands

  • Ability to work in an office environment (Constant)
  • Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)

Special Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) required, per ITAR definition
  • Occasionally may be required to travel within the Continental U.S.

The salary range for this role is:

$88,000 - $124,740
