As part of the Commercial organization, you will support the Account Management Team on a day-to-day basis.
Below is a summary of the key accountabilities and skills required for the role.
What You'll Do:
In-country account management support for SME, GMN and Ovation accounts
Meet legal requirement for in-country settlement approval.
Monitor / manage Customer Due Diligence processes.
Support A/R processes including FOP exceptions/rejects, collection of past-due A/R, debit memo investigation/resolution and account notifications.
Customer communication management (letters, notifications, etc.)
Back up Client Engagement Manager when required
Get results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines
Airline, Car and Hotel Contracts – Maintain the vendor contracts, monitor expiration dates
Support Online booking Tool updates and issue resolution
Use of Salesforce to open cases for various products, issues and to keep client records up to date
What We're Looking For:
Must have thorough knowledge of business travel industry
Interaction and communication with diverse working styles, ability to build and use strong working relationships
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage competing demands to meet deadlines
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong focus on delivering high quality work
Quick learner; Adaptation to change and new direction on short notice
Ability to identify issues or challenges requiring escalation
Knowledge of Salesforce, GDS (Sabre/Apollo) & Compleat functionality
Bilingual (French/English) is a great asset!
