Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Strategic Planning & Long-Range Forecasting: Develop and maintain long-range planning (3–10 years) models for equipment, capital, space, and layout; publish impacts for leadership reviews.
  • Execute LRP scenario capacity analyses which includes communicating site impacts to Central Scenario. Prepare SRx artifacts: baseline volumes, change drivers, capital by FY.
  • Manage and maintain key technology and construction milestones associated with all US Manufacturing sites
  • Provide dynamic plan analytics, enabling executives and global partners to make informed decisions on strategic wafer loading plans.
  • Lead scenario capacity analyses (SR1/SRx), including long‑range demand / S&OP alignment, providing business plan cycle insights.
  • Perform Fab‑wide capacity analysis for US Expansion sites, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling inputs.
  • Apply statistical analysis to planning inputs for all product families; investigate and own model quality, and drive efficiency/automation improvements.
  • Partner with PEE, ATE, Finance, other HVM sites, and Central Scenario to ensure aligned planning metrics and scenario execution.
  • Prepare and present LRP artifacts, scenario outputs, capital impacts, and strategic recommendations to site and executive leadership.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve model quality, process stability, data automation, and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production/Operations Management, Engineering, or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and problem solving; hands-on with scenario/comparison methodologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of area tool configurations, capabilities, and basic process/mechanical functionality.
  • Advanced understanding of Manufacturing Science (scheduling, inventory management, overseeing production capabilities).
  • Demonstrated experience with SNOP process and business plan management.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication; strong PC skills and data collection/database management; executive-ready presentation abilities.
  • Proven collaboration and multi-tasking capability; self-motivated and effective with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate freely and communicate openly with colleagues and management at all levels.
