Research Student II

While working closely with research personnel, you will participate actively in a structured learning experience in the laboratory or clinical research setting. You will gain hands-on experience in laboratory techniques, clinical settings, data collection and analysis and/or other related skills to explore careers in biomedical and/or clinical research.
A caregiver in this position works Days, from 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Learn laboratory techniques to support ongoing research projects in the laboratory or clinical setting with minimal supervision
Learn how to record and analyze data related to research experiments or other data sets with minimal supervision.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Undergraduate degree.
Enrolled in an accredited college or university as a medical student, MA/MS student or other graduate program student. (EXCLUDES students in a PhD program)

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Previous research laboratory experience.

Physical Requirements:
Normal physical requirements include good near visual acuity and color acuity.
