Job Summary

Being part of this team, you will provide support to API, WSB and B2Bi applications. Ensuring system is up all the time.

Your work is essential to ensure API, WSB and B2Bi integrations running in the supported application is successful and processing well.

You will be interacting with our Business Users, developers, and backend/frontend teams that is connected to and from the application.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

•            Support our application platform, ensuring it's up and running all the time
•            Participate in maintenance or upgrade activities to keep up with operational requirement in running the service/application
•            Provide resolution to incidents related to service usage that impacts business users/ partners
•            Implement integration into production to supported services (API, B2Bi and WSB)
•            Participate on technical reviews for any new project that will be implemented in production environment

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in service/application support
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and meet SLA
  • Resourceful and commitment to provide quality service
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of connectivity protocols  (API, AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS, MQ-Middleware)
  • Knowledge of SQL on application support / user level
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting
  • Understanding of TCP/IP architecture
