PayPal, Inc. seeks Engineering Program Mgmt 3 in San Jose, CA
Job Duties: Collect and analyze business requirements; translate and implement solutions in a scalable and consistent way using applicable tools and processes. Coordinate with business and Engineering/ Data Science/ Analytics stakeholders to create innovative design solutions. Drive execution across all phases of projects in connecting engineering with Architecture, Partner, and Product teams. Own and drive Scrum of Scrum ceremonies and act as Agile champion for the domains supported. Drive coordinated management of inter-dependent projects in Agile and waterfall environments. Automate team dashboards, metrics delivery, and executive presentations using the tools outlined. Drive operational excellence activities required to ensure a streamlined production process of Pay Pal's data science deliveries. Manage project/program level communications both between and across GADS and its customers. Lead analytics projects that will enable insights and data democratization. Ensure timely delivery of projects and measurable KP Is are documented. Telecommuting permitted – work can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a closely related field plus four years of experience in the job offered, engineering, or a related occupation.

1. Experience performing Business analysis to understand business and technical requirements for Data load implementation (4 years)
2. Experience in Stakeholder management as a part of Analytics Program Management (3 years)
3. Experience in working in Agile environment of Software development and Agile management (2 years)
4. Experience managing large and small projects using Project management tools (4 years)
5. Experience in Data Analysis and Visualization synthesizing raw data using SQL and visualizing them in Tableau/Power BI (2 years)
6. Experience in Data Science & Machine Learning using Python and R for retail and operational data (2 years)
7. Experience working cross-functionally with the Software Development teams and understanding software implementation requirements (4 years)
8. Experience in designing and creating KPI and Metrics Tracking using Reporting and Visualization tools like Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint (2 years)
9. Experience working cross-functionally to manage and mitigate risks as a part of Project Risk Management (3 years)
10. Experience in improving process and finding efficiency drivers for automation as a part of Process Management (4 years)
11. Experience in Program/Portfolio management using effective PM tools like JIRA and ASANA (2 years)

Base Salary: $170,186-259,600 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
