By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. During the first six months, you will be required to work on-site at our office in Bucharest. After this period, you will transition to a hybrid model, or you may work remotely if you are based in another location within Romania.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage multiple teams through supervisors, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget and quality standards;

  • Agree on service levels, timelines, performance metrics and resource allocation for Client Service / Service Delivery teams;

  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex operational issues, ensuring adherence to standard processes and governance frameworks;

  • Track deliverables, validate stakeholder contributions and participate in quality reviews and assessments;

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives;

  • Develop and mentor team members, provide performance feedback and foster a high-performing, engaged team environment;

  • Monitor engagement and attrition trends, implementing actions to mitigate risks;

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client counterparts to ensure smooth service delivery.

Skills that make your work successful:

  • Strong German written and verbal communication skills;

  • Advanced level of English;

  • Bachelor’s Degree required;

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Operations or Workforce Management environments;

  • Strong understanding of HR Delivery Strategy and operational service management frameworks;

  • Solid client communication skills, with experience managing internal and external stakeholders;

  • Experience analyzing and resolving moderately complex operational issues;

  • Proven experience managing medium-sized teams or work efforts;

  • Ability to translate strategic direction into clear team objectives and actionable execution plans;

  • Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
