Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager – Flagship Series is responsible for driving the marketing strategy, positioning, and performance of Samsung’s flagship smartphone portfolio, ensuring premium brand leadership and profitable growth.

  • Lead integrated product marketing strategy for Galaxy Flagship models across the full lifecycle
  • Define and execute premium positioning and communication strategy to strengthen brand preference
  • Manage end-to-end flagship product launch projects including planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Formulate pricing strategy and structure for high-end models, including price protection and margin stability
  • Manage partner margin structure and drive sustainable profitability
  • Oversee marketing budget and control P&L for flagship product line
  • Conduct pre & post campaign analysis to maximize ROI and optimize marketing efficiency
  • Develop strategies to grow market share and reinforce Samsung’s leadership in the premium segment
  • Provide market insights and consumer trend analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Act as product expert for flagship innovation, software upgrades, and technical inquiries
  • Strengthen business relationships with key strategic partners and premium channels
  • Monitor product performance vs targets and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, SCM, Logistics, R&D, etc.) to ensure operational excellence
  • Performs other duties as assigned by HOD

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree from oversea preferred
  • Solid knowledge on Strong ability to analyze market data and translate it into strategic business plans
  • Proven capability to communicate with sales and marketing teams to set and achieve targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and urgency
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • High level of business English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Strong understanding of financing schemes and installment calculation models
  • Solid knowledge of P&L management and accounting fundamentals
  • Highly analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Strong numerical aptitude and logical thinking skills
