What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly analytical and diligent Data Analyst to join our Data Solutions team in Manila. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of our data assets. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in data analysis, a collaborative attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Conduct data analysis, classification, intake, and processing to support business needs.

• Collaborate multi-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver data-driven insights.

• Lead client outreach campaigns and respond to inbound data inquiries.

• Perform historical audits and proactively scrub data for accuracy and completeness.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

What We Expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, data analysis or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with relational databases (SQL preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Superb communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working with large datasets and data validation processes.

What Would Be Helpful

• Experience in financial services or institutional investment data.

• Progress towards CFA, CAIA, CFA Investment Foundations, or CAIA Fundamentals of Alternative Investments or an advanced business degree is a strong plus.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
