This position is under Services Operations Technology (OpsTech) Group , to help the implementation of next generation Digital Automation Platform and Imaging Workflow Technologies. The Candidate is required to possess relevant experience in managing development teams in the distributed systems Eco-System and should be a strong team player.

We are looking for and experienced hands-on DevOps engineer with very good understanding of DevOps pipeline setup, CI/CD, Programming languages like Java,  middleware components, OS and shell scripting. The candidate must also be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities
- Experience working on Applications Platform management
- Understanding of RDBMS like Oracle, MS SQL server, PL/SQL and TSQL, Stored procedures and functions

-    Understanding of Openshift, Cluster management, Helm charts

-    Understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity, Lightspeed and Tekton. 
-    Understanding of Unix shell scripting, Powershell and other relevant programming languages
-    Hands on experience of managing Middleware components (Apache, Tomcat, IIS, WebSphere, Nginx) independently on Windows and Linux 
-    Strong Analytical skills to work with minimal requirements in Agile methodology and deliver results without impacting quality. 
-    Strong Leadership skills and ability to influence decisions without authority

Qualifications:

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
• Stakeholder and people management experience
• Experience working on Applications Platform management
• Experience as senior level in an Applications Development role
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Proven project management skills
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
