Role Summary

Conducts marketing operations activities to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant production, fulfillment, and distribution of digital and print marketing materials. Serves as an internal project manager for small to midsize projects, managing schedules, resources, deliverables, and interdependencies. Ensures marketing stakeholders and vendors are collaborating to meet established milestones and deliverables. Typically, responsible for a single, defined area of focus (e.g., fulfillment, production, etc.) and manages the execution of associated activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with internal clients on operational process(es), such as fulfillment, print services, or production. Assigned to a limited client base, providing basic services related to process area. Participates in campaign planning meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of campaign objectives, timing, necessary collateral (print, digital, etc.), and how clients intend for marketing operations to support the campaign.
  • Develops production/service plans that align with campaign objectives. Presents to client and negotiates final operational plans to support the campaign. Ensures that the client understands the advantages and disadvantages of the presented choices, particularly the effects on project cost and timing.
  • Monitors availability of internal resources and proposes outsourcing work to vendors when required; may assist in determining cost/benefit of outsourcing. Researches appropriate vendors/suppliers and prepares technical specifications and solicits bids. Submits recommendations for a selected vendor/supplier for management/client approval. May assist with contract development. Monitors vendor performance, ensuring the satisfaction of client. Relays quality issues to vendor when observed and ensures services conform to established service-level agreements. Seeks assistance from management to resolve ongoing vendor performance issues when necessary.
  • Conducts regular reporting of operational activities for assigned campaigns. Manages the production schedule, working collaboratively with campaign stakeholders to adjust resources and timing when challenges arise, or changes occur.
  • Ensures the final production for the assigned campaign conforms to brand standards, includes appropriate regulatory requirements/disclaimers and meets overall quality standards. When deviations are observed, oversees remediation and sees through to conclusion. Escalates unusual or complex quality issues to management.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for full time remote work.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$60,500 - $104,000 USD for the locations of: Colorado and the State of Washington

$75,500 - $129,000USD for the locations of: California and New York

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
