Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Must have skills : Infrastructure Automation
Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Ansible on Microsoft Azure

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deliver and execute a plan to meet Operational Resilience by way of improving our Disaster Recovery automated solutions based on IBS/ CIF business functions: Settlement/Collateral etc - Build a future perfect vision of what this looks like - Align with DR planning leads and activities to gain an insight of current runbooks - Align with Infra team to understand current capabilities and create a gap analysis or requirements - Align with the GIS Observability lead to ensure any improvements can be realised in our monitoring dashboard - Work with Operational Resilience and infrastructure management to gain buy-in and visibility of the project - Run a small or virtual team of automation experts - Align with Application teams (Development and Production Services) to ensure their systems are integrated into the overall solution - Responsible to identifying further talent and skills required within the team - Build and managing a team of up to 10 resources over the lifecycle of the project Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: - Background in Disaster Recover automation techniques, Proficiency in Infrastructure Automation, Ansible on Microsoft Azure, Python (Programming Language), ServiceNow Integration, Infrastructure tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Ansible on Microsoft Azure, Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of server and network management. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Familiarity with various operating systems and software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Automation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
