  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and expand partnerships with key industry players, such as restaurant brands, food distributors, and suppliers.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs to help shape our product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Customer Success, to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.

  • Proven track record of managing a full-cycle sales process and consistently meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in CRM software and G-Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Self-motivated, with a bias for action and a "hunter" mentality in finding and closing new business.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and successfully closing deals.
  • Adept at traveling up to 50% of the time for supplier engagement, conferences, and representing CookUnity.
  • Experience working with restaurant groups or food suppliers.
