COMPENSATION:
Base Pay: $58,500 - $88,450 per year
Commission & Bonus: UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 2% on Joybird Sales. Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on achievement of AOP written sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
SCOPE & IMPACT:
This role is responsible for the performance of the retail showroom – targets currently ranging from $5 - $8M annually. This position reports to the Store Manager of the assigned location with indirect influence of sales team.
