Schedule: Dayshift | Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM–6:30 PM
How You’ll Make an Impact
Provide hands-on support for IT equipment, software, and collaboration tools across the site
Deliver onsite support for factory-managed IT/OT assets
Execute cybersecurity tasks for OT systems and respond to incidents
Maintain and support kiosks, printers, scanners, CCTV, badging systems, and vendor machines
Identify and monitor critical assets requiring protection
Install and configure security patches and remediation measures
Collaborate with vendors to ensure secure and optimized systems
Report abnormal OT system behavior and escalate security events
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Formal education or apprenticeship in IT from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years of professional IT support experience
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, Production equipment communications and asset management tools
ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
