Schedule: Dayshift | Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM–6:30 PM

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide hands-on support for IT equipment, software, and collaboration tools across the site

  • Deliver onsite support for factory-managed IT/OT assets

  • Execute cybersecurity tasks for OT systems and respond to incidents

  • Maintain and support kiosks, printers, scanners, CCTV, badging systems, and vendor machines

  • Identify and monitor critical assets requiring protection

  • Install and configure security patches and remediation measures

  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure secure and optimized systems

  • Report abnormal OT system behavior and escalate security events

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Formal education or apprenticeship in IT from an accredited institution

  • Minimum 5 years of professional IT support experience

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, Production equipment communications and asset management tools

  • ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
