Summary:
As a Data Strategist, you will develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy and architecture aimed at enhancing the management, governance, and security of information within the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that data is effectively utilized, enabling the organization to maintain a single source of truth. You will work on translating complex information into actionable insights that drive efficiency and provide a competitive edge in the market. Engaging with stakeholders, you will assess data needs and align strategies to meet organizational goals, ensuring that data governance practices are upheld throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities in data management and governance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with data visualization techniques to present insights effectively.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- As per Organization standards is required.
