Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to customers on site in the surface treatment industry incl. implementing technological solutions
• Resolving technical challenges in chemical pretreatment (metal pre-treatment / industrial parts cleaning) and electroplating processes
• Performing process analysis, optimization, and quality control at customer sites in Slovenia
• Preparing technical documentation, reports, and records
• Close collaboration with the sales team on new project implementation
• Conducting of customer trainings where neccessary

Qualifications:

• Completed higher education or university degree in chemistry or related discipline
• Knowledge of metal pretreatment, industrial cleaning, electroplating, or related processes
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and hands-on mentality
• good communication skills with a high level of service orientation
• good working structure and high interest in teamwork
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel 50%
• fluent English language skills
