Deliver on the vision of the business by leading the development, research, and recommendation of appropriate models, methods, tools, and technologies to achieve business-unit-wide solutions. The Role
You will be part of the team responsible for the creation and support of the Cognitive Computing Platform. This platform enables customers to interact with Fidelity in natural language across the channels that are important to them. You’ll help deliver reliable runtime services and operational practices that allow teams to run AI-enabled solutions consistently and safely.

You will create intuitive and highly engaging conversational experiences that help digitally savvy customers take control of their finances and feel confident in the choices they make.
