Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Delivery Lead, who will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects across diverse domains. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that project scope and risks are effectively managed. He/she will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, risks, and budgets, while also contributing to business growth through solutioning and client relationship development.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business goals
  • Ensure robust financial and operational performance metrics across client portfolios, complemented by standardized SLA commitments to ensure service consistency.
  • Support the achievement of cost-to-serve targets; deliver efficiencies through standard processes and synergies.
  • Implement robust quality assurance frameworks - monitor KPIs and SLAs, conduct delivery audits, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations 
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Work with account teams to expand scope, upsell services, and generate follow-on engagements.
  • Support sales opportunities and ensure the feasibility of the proposed solutions and delivery of the solution
  • Improve client and customer relationships working with Client Account and Account Management Team leadership 
  • Efficiently allocate resources across projects to maximize productivity and project outcomes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to organizational governance and compliance standards throughout all project activities.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable project goals.

Professional and Technical Skills

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale IT projects from initiation to closure
  • Experience in Budget ownership, cost-to-serve optimization, proposal creation, effort estimation, and client engagement during sales cycles
  • Experience in digital commerce platforms and technologies
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems, omnichannel delivery, and platform integrations
  • Proficiency in Tools like JIRA, MS Project or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices
  • Skilled in engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing distributed teams and offshore delivery models
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ITIL are a plus
