Finance Strategy & Enablement is a global team within the Finance Corporate Function. The team shapes our Finance Strategy supporting each Finance Function Lead to develop a functional transformation roadmap and to prioritize the programs that deliver that transformation. Strategy & Enablement ensures that day-to-day activities across Finance are supported by robust and compliant processes, user centered solutions and application support fundamental to the overall success and transformation of Finance. It also leads a broad range of key programs and change journeys, drives improvements in technology performance and reimagines our processes with the application of new technology in collaboration with CIO.

Finance Process OTC will be dedicated to supporting the Order to Cash end-to-end process, applying expertise toward the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of processes and digital solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Become process and functional expert in the Order to Cash process.
• Act as process owner granting quality, accuracy and integrity across Order to Cash assets.
• Embrace a problem solving role to support finance users with complex issues and/or inquiries.
• Drive efforts to continuously improve and optimize Finance processes and procedures,
• Share best practices and develop job aids, reports, templates and other tools.

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in the Sales and Distribution, Project System and Controlling modules of the SAP S4 system used at Accenture.
• Partner with the Technical team supporting these SAP modules to ensure functionality is maintained.
• Prioritizes requests for fixes and enhancement in SAP S4, considering business urgency/importance and current work capacity.

• Deliver documents containing business requirements for SAP solutions; ensure that the technical teams supporting the OTC process understand the business requirements.
• Work as Project Management and Change Management for small and medium solutions.

• Actively participate in Global Finance Initiatives as OTC SME (Subject Matter Expert).
• Participate in the month-end close activities, executing key tasks and overseeing Revenue Recognition process.

Relationships

• Reports to: Finance Process Manager – OTC- Order to Cash and Master Data
• External Relationships: OTC key stakeholders, Finance, CIO/Functional Analysts, Country Controllers, Global Tax, Client Financial Management, Internal Controls and other process areas (Procurement, Controlling, Business Reporting, Tax Management, Record to Report)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Systems/Computer Science, or related field
• Recommended Certifications, Licenses, etc.: NA but requires experience with Finance processes
• Work Experience: 3 or more years
• Work Requirements: Travel not required
