In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Perform warehouse/logistics activities including receiving the goods, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Entering import invoices into the ERP system and checking them with incoming material lists.
• Preparing distribution & delivery notes, packing the goods, organizing and follow-up cargo deliveries.
• Carry out transactions such as return of materials, stock transfers, etc.
• Control inventory and make regular cycle counts.
• Preparation of reports (such as daily shipments, shelf life, stock taking, and demo reconciliation)
• Follow up health and safety regulations and support other departments in EHS processes.
• Dealing with the problems of sales & service departments and external customers regarding stock and cargo shipments.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse environment experience
• At least an associate degree graduate
• Being familiar with inventory tracking and reporting.
• To have good coordination and planning skills, able to handle shipment and organization.
• English knowledge,
• Able to use MS Office programs (especially Excel), and ERP systems (Logo Tiger).

Depo Sorumlusu, Satış Operasyon ve Pazarlama Müdürü'ne bağlı olarak çalışacak ve mal girişinden günlük mal sevkiyatı, raporlama, stok kontrolü, stok sayımı, kargo süreçleri ve HACH TÜRKİYE operasyonlarının iyi yönetilmesi ve uyumluluğundan sorumlu olacaktır.

Ana Sorumluluklar :

·       Malzemelerin teslim alınması, toplanması, paketlenmesi ve sevkiyatı dahil olmak üzere tüm depo / lojistik faaliyetlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi.

·       İthalat faturalarının ERP sistemine girilmesi ve gelen malzeme listeleri ile kontrol edilmesi.

·       Dağıtım notları ve irsaliyelerin hazırlanması, malzemelerin paketlenmesi, kargo teslimatlarının organizasyonu ve takip edilmesi.

·       Malzeme iadesi, stok transferi gibi işlemlerin gerçekleştirilmesi.

·       Envanter kontrolü ve düzenli stok sayımlarının yapılması.

·       Raporların hazırlanması (günlük sevkiyatlar, raf ömrü, stok sayımı ve demo mutabakatı gibi)

·       İş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetmeliklerini takip ederek, İSG süreçlerini yürütmek .

·       Satış & servis bölümlerinin ve müşterilerin stok ve kargo sevkiyatları ile ilgili sorunlarıyla ilgilenmek

İşin temel gereklilikleri şunlardır:

·       En az 3 yıl depo/ sevkiyat tecrübesi olan,

·       En az ön lisans mezunu

·       Stok takibi ve raporlama konusunda bilgi sahibi olmak.

·       İyi bir koordinasyon ve planlama becerisine sahip olmak, sevkiyat ve organizasyonu idare edebilmek.

·       İngilizce bilmek,

·       MS Office programlarını (özellikle Excel) ve ERP sistemlerini (Logo Tiger) kullanabilmek.
