Your responsibilities:

  • Act as a global subject matter expert for Supply Chain Operation Processes (Warehousing & Transportation)
  • Be responsible for Supply Chain Operations Process Specification within the global Business Transformation Program of FME “ESPHORA”
  • Drive close communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes
  • Identify challenges and opportunities from insights, proposing solutions, and supporting the change deployment across the supply chain
  • Promote the idea of Continuous Improvement in Supply Chain Operations area by actively seeking opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Develop and implement KPIs, PPIs and OKRs to measure and control the performance of the Processes across various reporting levels

Your profile:

  • 5 or more years experience of Supply Chain Management in MedTech and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry and related processes, tools and standards
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or other related subjects
  • Relevant certifications like Six Sigma, Lean. PRINCE2, etc. is a plus
  • Experience in GXP Management
  • Experiences in Process Analysis and Mapping (e.g. BPMN)
  • Result driven and customer-oriented working model
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Additional language proficiency e.g. German, French, Spanish is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Awareness and ability to lead and work in multi-cultural teams
  • Strong IT user knowledge (MS Office, SAP ERP, TM, eWM, APO, IBP, Signavio)
  • Experiences in SAP S/4HANA Transformation Projects is beneficial
  • Working for a global company with global standards
  • Travelling within the region and potential international travel for global meetings
  • Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
