What You Will Do:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination, execution and monitoring of integrated marketing plans to drive profitable revenue and market share growth of Sensormatic Solution in North America.

This role reports to the regional Americas marketing team but is fully integrated into the North America sales and account teams. The Marketing Specialist, in conjunction with the global marketing team, will build and execute the North America digital plan including account-based marketing strategies.

The person filling this position will act as a resource to the General Manager and sales leadership teams to assist in the production, internal dissemination and external launch of compelling sales enablement material through mediums such as social media, trade associations, email, video and more. You will also be the Americas marketing team leader in campaign reporting and budget monitoring.

How you will do it:

Drive the growth of retail across loss prevention, traffic and inventory portfolios

  • Balance marketing support for global product launches with identifying and driving programs unique to the North America region in support of new products

  • Build and execute the North America digital strategy

  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums

  • Leverage global retail marketing messaging, PR, media relations and campaigns to drive market awareness

  • Extend Sensormatic’s awareness by leading the Americas marketing team on case study creation and award submissions

Execute on campaign deliverables at the global and regional levels

  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product, communications, digital marketing and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives

  • Assist in the creation and launch of campaign content through various channels

  • Plan and execute regional events, physical and digital, from trade shows and customer events to demand generation focused webcasts

  • Measure, monitor, optimize and report on all campaign initiatives

  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

  • Lead the Americas marketing department in budget monitoring, support and reporting

Sales Support & Enablement

  • Establish and maintain relationships with sales team members to understand accounts and prospecting efforts and assist in the creation of external sales materials

  • Assist and execute account-based marketing initiatives

What we look for
Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or similar.

  • Two or more years of B2B marketing experience in a corporate setting, preferably with larger public company.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and understand marketplace trends.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Strong written and oral communications skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management.

  • A good eye for design and brand consistency across multiple teams and channels.

  • A self-starter, poised under fast-paced pressure who has a relentlessly positive, flexible, 'whatever it takes' attitude and who constantly strives to going above and beyond to constantly grow their role and expertise.

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail vertical.

  • Experience in account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Experience with digital marketing.

  • Experience writing internal and external communications and content.

  • Experience with campaign analysis and platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce.

  • Experience in design tools such as Photoshop.

  • Experience interacting with sales teams, on projects such as sales incentives and custom marketing presentations.

This will be a hybrid role based at our Boca Raton, Florida office.
