Job Description
Respond to alerts, address contamination alarms, and report abnormal conditions to the management
Sample various areas of the Fab for contamination and collaborate with the chemical lab for timely analysis.
Ensure real-time monitoring systems are operating and recording properly.
Drive a taskforce for incident root cause analysis, CA and PA
Working on the CIP to reduce contamination incident
As a CFM Engineer, you will be responsible for managing contamination control systems, resolving environmental issues, and driving continuous improvement in fab cleanliness and yield performance.
Your Job
Investigate and close up excursion issues triggered by PI and YDD.
Address contamination alarms and report abnormal conditions to the stakeholders and management.
Follow up with potential environmental contamination issues reported by CFM line personnel.
Lead & provide guidance on AMC alarms to CFM AEs/Technicians/Operators.
Responsible lead excursions/OCAP/CA/PA follow up.
Ensure CFM detection systems are performing normally and taking appropriate action proactively to resolve issues with these systems
Responsible for calculation and setup control limits and specification limit for SPC charts
Cleanroom AMC scopes including MA/MB/MC and others molecular contamination.
Responsible to handle analysis and tool management, include excursion follow up, trouble shoot, maintenance/calibration, performance check and spare parts management/purchase.
Complete projects and support contamination control engineering initiatives.
Evaluate new material for new material outgassing concern.
Responsible for the proper documentation of specifications, DOEs, and tests.
What You Will Need:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in contamination control or cleanroom system preferred
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Must be able to work in cleanroom environment
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse variety of people.
Good outspoken person
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to work swing shift
You have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Physics/Material Science/Environmental/EHS
