About the role:

As a Food Services Manager, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Toowoomba facility.

Things that work for us:

  • Previous Managerial experience in a similar role guiding a team in a food service environment
  • Genuine and professional customer service skills, team player and well presented
  • Commercial cookery qualifications desirable
  • An ability to provide a catering and kitchen service that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to work on a permanent basis
  • Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene standards
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
  • National Police Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
